Timothy Emmert was born, raised and corn-fed in the mid-west until he was uprooted at the age of 14 to Clearwater, Florida. Deciding that Florida wasn’t the place for him, Emmert headed north to “Hotlanta” and has not looked back.

As far back as Timothy can remember, he has had a desire to be either a full-time artist or hairstylist. Since he was not allowed to play with scissors when he was young, Timothy settled instead for crayons, where he drew pictures of women with beautiful and cool hairstyles.
From a young teen, he was passionate about coloring and styling hair as he kept his hands busy in the art world.

Timothy has been one of the top stylist/colorist for carter barnes at phipps since 1994 and after thirty years as a top hair stylist he has always gone far above his god given talent.

Timothy feels blessed to be a part of the hair industry as it has been and continues to be part of a life changing carreer.

He is a true artist in what he does from picking the right color and tones to the most creative and up to date styles for his clients.

His number one goal is to make all his clients feel special and great about themselves and as such, has always believed that selecting the right colors, highlights, and styles is paramount.

Timothy has been infatuated with the world of body art ever since the late 80′s when a pregnant Demi Moore was body painted for the cover of vanity fair.

He is very excited to be a part of this great fund raising event for the THE CHELKO FOUNDATION, and relishes the opportunity to take part in such a worthy event.
